Hi! My name is Maggie Yount, and I am a mom, a certified personal trainer, a wellness coach, and a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist.
My passion is helping mamas get fit for birth, have healthier babies, recover faster, and feel empowered from preconception to birth, and beyond.
