My name is Maggie Yount, and I am a mom, a certified personal trainer, a wellness coach, and a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist.
Labor is a marathon, and birth is an athletic event you can, and should, train for! My passion is helping mamas get fit so they can have amazing pregnancies and births, healthier babies, recover faster and more fully, and feel empowered from preconception through their birth experience, and beyond.
