Oatmeal is the easiest thing in the world to make. A lot like making rice, only WAY faster. ⚡️ I only JUST LEARNED THIS 🙈 💬 1:2 ratio of oats to water (so a 1/2 cup of oats, to 1 cup water) Dash of sea salt Bring to a boil, then turn it down to simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in a little maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg, whatever you want. Add chopped nuts and berries. Done. GRAIN FREE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS! Little J woke up saying PANCAKES!! And then he found a muffin tin in the cupboard so I got inspired. I basically made pancake batter and put it in muffin tins. Worked like a charm. I had no idea what I was doing really but here's the I-Winged-It recipe: Preheat oven to 350 deg. * 2 cups of @pamelasproducts nut and coconut flour blend * 1 scoop of LA vanilla plant protein (replaces adding vanilla, and adds sweetness without sugar) * 2 tsp baking soda * 2 tsp baking powder * pinch of sea salt * 6 eggs * 1 mashed banana * 2 Tbsp? unsweetened organic apple sauce (I scraped the bottom of the jar) * 1 overflowing Tbsp raw honey *2 Tbsp avocado oil * 2 cups cashew milk * small handful organic blueberries BLEND until smooth * Add more whole blueberries . Grease muffin tin with your desired fat - coconut oil or organic butter work well (using liners would be a good idea!
